### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we’ll flow effortlessly from one hip mobility series to another, ensuring continuous movement all the way through. Toward the end, we’ll move into a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or the start of a longer strength training session, feel free to skip the static holds at the end.
