### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring the movement remains continuous throughout. Near the end, we will add some static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or as the beginning of a more intensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion to keep your body ready for movement.
