### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll smoothly transition from one hip mobility flow to another, maintaining continuous movement all the way through. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extensive warm-up or starting point for a longer strength session, it’s advisable to skip the static holds at the end.
