#### Hip Flexibility + Glute Activation Session Overview

During this session, we will transition seamlessly from one hip flexibility routine to the next, keeping the body in motion the entire time. Towards the conclusion, we’ll include a few static stretches. If you’re using this session as an extended warm-up or as a precursor to a more intense strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your energy flowing.
