### What to Expect
In this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, maintaining a continuous flow of movement. Towards the end, we’ll decelerate with a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as a prolonged warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, you’re welcome to skip the static holds at the conclusion.
