#### What to Expect in the Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility series to another, ensuring continuous movement throughout. Towards the end, we’ll add in a few static stretches to enhance the effectiveness of the practice. However, if you plan to use this class as a more extended warm-up or as the beginning of a longer strength session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion to keep your muscles ready for action.
Engaging in mobility work is essential for sustaining a body that operates at its best and remains injury-free. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll likely experience improved performance in your other workouts.
