#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this session, we’ll transition fluidly from one hip mobility routine to the next, keeping the body engaged the entire time. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add a few static stretches to enhance the session. However, if you plan on using this class as an extended warm-up for a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to sustain your momentum.
