In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility flow to the next, maintaining dynamic movement throughout. As we near the conclusion, we’ll ease into a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength routine, feel free to skip the static holds at the end.
