#### What to Expect in the Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this class, we’ll smoothly transition through a set of hip mobility exercises, flowing from one sequence to the next. Towards the end, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a longer warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I recommend omitting the static holds at the end.
Mobility training is crucial for ensuring your body operates at its peak and avoiding injuries. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you’ll likely observe improved performance in your other workouts too.
