#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

During this class, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring continuous movement of the body. Near the end, we’ll add in a few static stretches to enhance the effectiveness of the session. However, if you’re treating this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength training session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.

Engaging in mobility work is vital for keeping your body functioning at its best and avoiding injuries. Moreover, as you advance in your mobility, you’ll likely see improved performance in your other workout routines as well.
