### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
During this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another. At the end, we’ll include some static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or the kickoff for a longer strength workout, feel free to skip the static holds at the conclusion.
