#### What to Expect in the Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
During this class, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility sequence to another. Near the end, we’ll add a few static stretches to enhance the work done. However, if you’re using this session as an extended warm-up or the start of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion to keep your muscles ready for further movement.
Mobility work is crucial for maintaining a body that operates at its best and remains free from injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you may also experience improved performance in your other workouts.
