### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
During this session, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility routine to the next, ensuring the movements remain fluid throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll integrate some static stretches. However, if you’re using this class as a prolonged warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest bypassing the static holds at the end.
Mobility exercises are essential for sustaining a body that operates optimally and remains injury-free. Moreover, as you enhance your mobility, you’ll likely experience improved performance in your other workouts as well.
