During this class, we’ll move fluidly from one hip mobility sequence to the next. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches for deeper engagement. However, if you intend to use this class as a primer for a lengthier strength session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for activity.
