### What to Expect in This Class
During this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring a fluid movement experience throughout the class. Towards the end, we’ll take it down a notch with some static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as a warm-up for an extended strength training session, I suggest bypassing the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
