### What You’ll Experience
In this session, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring a continuous flow of movement. Towards the conclusion of our class, we’ll move into some static stretches to finish off. If you’re using this class for warming up or as a precursor to a more extensive strength workout, you can skip the static holds at the end.
Engaging in mobility work is crucial for having a body that functions efficiently and remains free of injuries. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you’ll probably see improved performance in your other exercise routines.
