### What to Expect
In this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, maintaining a continuous flow. Towards the end, we will decelerate with some static stretches. If you plan to use this class as an extended warm-up or as a precursor to a more comprehensive strength workout, you’re welcome to skip the static holds at the end.
