### What to Expect

In this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, maintaining a continuous flow throughout. Towards the end of the session, we’ll add in a few static stretches to deepen the work. If you’re using this class as part of a warm-up for a more extended strength session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
