### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we’ll move seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to the next, ensuring the movement remains dynamic throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in some static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or the initiation of a longer strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
