#### What to Anticipate in the Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
During this class, we will transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another. Towards the conclusion, we’ll include a few static stretches to help deepen the experience. However, if you are using this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extended strength session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
Engaging in mobility work is essential for sustaining a body that operates optimally and remains injury-free. As you enhance your mobility, you may observe improved performance in your other workouts too.
