#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this session, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility flow to the next. Near the conclusion, we’ll introduce a few static stretches to really deepen your efforts. However, if you plan to use this class as an extended warm-up or the kickoff for a longer strength training session, I suggest bypassing the static holds at the end to keep your muscles energized for movement.
Engaging in mobility work is crucial for maintaining a body that operates at its best and remains free from injuries. Furthermore, as your mobility improves, you’ll likely notice enhanced performance in your other training sessions as well.
