#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we will flow seamlessly from one hip mobility series to the next, ensuring the body remains active throughout. Towards the conclusion, we will integrate a few static stretches to enhance the effectiveness of the work. However, if you plan to use this class as a warm-up for an extended strength session, I suggest bypassing the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.

Mobility training is crucial for keeping the body functioning at its best and preventing injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll probably notice improved performance in your other workouts as well.
