#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this class, we will transition seamlessly from one hip mobility sequence to another. Towards the conclusion, we’ll integrate some static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or the start of a longer strength training session, I recommend omitting the static holds at the end to ensure your muscles remain ready for action.
Engaging in mobility work is essential for keeping your body functioning at its best while preventing injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll also experience improved performance in your other workouts.
