### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility routine to another, maintaining a fluid movement throughout. Towards the end, we’ll introduce some static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or at the beginning of a more intense strength session, feel free to skip the static holds at the conclusion.
