#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we’ll smoothly transition from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring the body remains in motion throughout. Toward the conclusion, we’ll add some static stretches. However, if you’re using this class as a prolonged warm-up or as the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds to keep your muscles ready for further activity.

Mobility work is crucial for maintaining a body that operates at its best and remains free from injury. Furthermore, as you enhance your mobility, you’ll probably see improved performance in your other workouts as well.
