#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring the body remains in motion throughout. Toward the end, we’ll include a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your momentum going.
Mobility training is crucial for having a body that works optimally and remains free from injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll likely see improvements in your performance during other workouts as well.
