### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility series to another, ensuring the body remains active throughout. Towards the end, we’ll add a few static stretches to enhance the work. However, if you’re using this class as a warm-up for a lengthier strength routine, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion to keep your muscles ready for action.

Mobility work is essential for maintaining a body that operates at its best while avoiding injuries. As your mobility improves, you may also observe better performance in your other workouts.
