### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll smoothly transition from one hip mobility sequence to another. Towards the conclusion, we’ll include a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as a warm-up for an extended strength workout, I suggest omitting the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
