#### What to Anticipate in the Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll smoothly transition from one hip mobility routine to another. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add a few static stretches to intensify the practice. However, if you’re using this session as a prolonged warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength routine, I suggest bypassing the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
