### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we will transition seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring continuous movement throughout. Towards the conclusion, we will add in some static stretches. If you’re using this class as a warm-up for a more extensive strength workout, feel free to skip the static holds at the end to keep the energy flowing.
