#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this session, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility sequence to another, keeping the body engaged throughout. Near the conclusion, we’ll introduce a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or at the beginning of a longer strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for additional movement.
