#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we’ll smoothly transition from one hip mobility sequence to another. Near the end, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this as an extended warm-up or the initiation of a longer strength routine, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for more activity.

Mobility exercises are essential for sustaining a body that operates at its best and remains injury-free. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you may observe improved performance in your other workouts as well.
