#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another. Near the end, we’ll include some static stretches. If you’re utilizing this session as an extended warm-up or at the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles warm and prepared for further exertion.

Mobility training is essential for sustaining an optimally functioning body and preventing injuries. Furthermore, as you enhance your mobility, you’ll probably observe improved performance in your other workouts too.
