### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring continuous movement all the way through. Towards the end of the class, we’ll include a few static stretches to intensify the workout. However, if you’re utilizing this session as a warm-up for a more extended strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion to keep your muscles engaged and primed for further activity.
