#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

During this class, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to the next. Near the end, we’ll add in some static stretches. However, if you’re utilizing this class as a warm-up for a more extensive strength session, I suggest bypassing the static holds at the conclusion to ensure your muscles remain ready for movement.
