#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring continuous movement throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll incorporate several static stretches to thoroughly open the hips. However, if you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds to keep your muscles ready for more demanding activity.

Mobility exercises are essential for sustaining a body that operates at its best and remains injury-free. As you enhance your mobility, you may notice improved performance in your other workouts as well.
