#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another, maintaining a continuous flow of movement. Towards the conclusion of the session, we’ll incorporate some static stretches. If you plan to use this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extended strength session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for more vigorous exercises.

Working on mobility is crucial for keeping your body functioning at its best and avoiding injuries. As your mobility improves, you’re likely to see better results in your other workouts as well.
