#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

During this class, we will smoothly transition from one hip mobility exercise to another, keeping the body active all along. Towards the conclusion of the session, we’ll integrate a few static stretches to deepen our efforts. However, if you plan to use this class as part of a warm-up for a more extensive strength workout, I suggest forgoing the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for movement.

Mobility exercises are vital for ensuring a body that operates at its best and remains free from injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you will likely see improved performance in your other fitness routines.
