#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility sequence to another, keeping the body engaged throughout. Toward the end, we’ll include a few static stretches to enhance the work. However, if you’re utilizing this session as a warm-up for a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles prepared for action.
