#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this session, we will smoothly transition from one hip mobility routine to another. As we approach the conclusion, we will add a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength training session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
Mobility work is essential for keeping your body functioning at its best and free from injuries. As you advance in your mobility, you’ll also see improved performance in your other training sessions.
