#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this session, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another, maintaining a dynamic flow throughout. Toward the end, we’ll add a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or the start of a longer strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your body ready for movement.
Mobility exercises are essential for ensuring a body that operates efficiently and avoids injuries. As your mobility improves, you’ll likely notice better performance in your other exercise routines as well.
