Today, we’ll be focusing on hip mobility while placing special emphasis on glute strengthening throughout.

#### What to Anticipate in This Class

In this session, we will glide through a variety of hip mobility exercises, seamlessly transitioning from one sequence to another. Towards the conclusion of the class, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re planning to use this class as an extended warm-up or as a precursor to a longer strength session, I recommend skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.

Engaging in mobility work is essential for sustaining a body that operates at its best and avoids injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you will likely see improved performance in your other workouts as well.
