#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this class, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility sequence to another. Towards the latter part, we’ll include some static stretches to truly deepen the work. However, if you’re utilizing this class as a warm-up for a lengthier strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for movement.
Engaging in mobility work is crucial for maintaining a body that operates optimally and remains free from injuries. As you advance in your mobility, you’ll probably observe improved performance in your other workout routines as well.
