### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this class, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring the body remains in motion the entire time. Near the conclusion of the session, we’ll add a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a warm-up or as the start of a longer strength training session, I suggest omitting the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for more vigorous activity.
Mobility practice is crucial for upholding a body that operates at its best and remains injury-free. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll also likely observe improved performance in your other workouts.
