#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

During this class, we’ll move seamlessly from one hip mobility sequence to another, keeping your body engaged the entire time. Towards the end, we’ll add in some static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength session, feel free to skip the static holds at the end.
