#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we will seamlessly transition between different hip mobility sequences. Toward the conclusion, we’ll include some static stretches. If you’re using this session as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength routine, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
