### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we will flow seamlessly from one hip mobility sequence to another. Near the conclusion, we’ll introduce some static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up for a more intensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
