#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this session, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility sequence to the next. Towards the conclusion, we’ll integrate a few static stretches to intensify the session. However, if you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles engaged and primed for more.
Mobility training is essential for sustaining a body that operates at its best and minimizes injury risk. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll probably observe improved performance in your other workouts too.
