### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
During this class, we’ll smoothly transition from one hip mobility sequence to another, maintaining dynamic movement throughout. Toward the conclusion of the session, we’ll include some static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength workout, I suggest forgoing the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for movement.
