### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to the next, ensuring continuous movement all the way through. Near the conclusion, we’ll add a few static stretches. If you’re using this session as a warm-up for an extended strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
